About There Is No Box CDC

The idea behind There Is No Box CDC is more than a slogan. It is a mindset.

After more than 12 years working as a licensed Realtor and Property Manager, Candice Copes gained firsthand insight into the challenges many individuals and families face while trying to build stability, create opportunities, and achieve personal goals. Time and again, she observed that some of the greatest barriers to growth were not always external circumstances, but the limiting beliefs people held about themselves and what they believed was possible.

In August 2018, Candice turned that belief into action by founding There Is No Box Community Development Corporation (CDC), an organization dedicated to helping individuals move beyond perceived limitations and discover new possibilities for growth, success, and personal development.

Meaningful transformation happens when individuals challenge limiting beliefs and are supported with the knowledge, motivation, and accountability needed to move forward with confidence.
