There Is No Box, CDC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization aimed at increasing home ownership, its sustainability, and its awareness in minority communities thus creating generational wealth and closing the financial disparity gap.
OUR MISSION
To educate and provide accessibility to underprivileged and low-to-moderate income families applicable knowledge of: (1) money management (2) importance of budgeting & saving (3) goal setting and (4) leveraging credit.
We do this by providing workshops, one-on-one counseling sessions and other outreach initiatives.
We also strive to build an inventory of affordable homes in these under-served communities while revitalizing the aforementioned areas.
